Spindle’s questionnaire is call “Comfort Calculator”. and has only 6 questions. Spindle’s questionnaire is designed to do 2 things. Engage customer to customize their mattress and, to eliminate the overweight or problematic customers where returns are higher.

I was prompted to enter my email. I left the [email protected] email and asked what their shipping time was if I ordered a mattress today. Filled out at 2:40 pm, will check to see how long it takes Steve Russo to answer email.
